Lovex

Cookie Policy

Effective date: May 17, 2026

This page explains what cookies and similar storage we use on lovex.dev and inside our products. We keep it complete and short.

What is stored on your device

A cookie is a small piece of data stored by your browser. We also use localStorage, which works similarly. Nothing in the “Analytics” section below fires until you click Accept on the cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies (authentication, the consent decision itself, the Saga chat session) are set without consent because the service does not work without them, per Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.

Strictly necessary (always on)

Analytics (only after you accept)

Functional UI state (browser-only localStorage)

Some preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage so the product remembers your choices between sessions. These never leave your device and are not sent to our servers or any sub-processor.

What we don't use

Changing your mind

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to re-open the banner at any time and pick a different option. You can also clear cookies through your browser settings — deleting lovex_consenthas the same effect. Rejecting analytics doesn't break anything user-facing; we just lose the ability to measure how you use the product. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off through the banner because the product would not work without them; you can clear them via your browser at any time.

Legal basis

We rely on your explicit, opt-in consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive for any non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies (authentication, consent) do not require consent under the law. Lovex AB is a Swedish aktiebolag and our supervisory authority is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
