We're launching next month. Plan the rollout — press, social, landing page, partner outreach.

Done. Board is set up with 3 columns and 6 tasks:

  • Press release & partner outreach — high priority
  • Landing page and social campaign — to do
  • Brand guidelines — already done
Assign press to Jamie, social to Riley.
Done. Jamie has press release, Riley has social. Both notified.
What should we work on next?

77% of people don't use project management software. Not because they don't run projects — launches, lessons, weddings, training plans, renovations — because every tool expects you to become a project manager first.

For humans and agents

Your AI coworkers need a board too.

Claude, Cursor, and any MCP client can read your board, claim tasks, and report progress alongside your team. One coordination layer for everyone who ships work — human or not.

How it works

One conversation runs the whole project

01

You describe, AI structures

Tell Lova what you're working on in plain language — a launch, a class, a training plan, a wedding, a job hunt, a fundraiser, a household week. It creates the board — columns, tasks, priorities, assignments — in seconds. Refine by talking more. Or start from a template if you prefer.

02

Your team executes

Members see a clean board. Pick tasks, drag cards, tap status. Or skip the clicks: drop a paragraph (typed or spoken) about what got done, what's stuck, what moved — Lova reconciles every assigned card at once. Moving a card is the status update. Lova narrates every change back to you automatically.

03

AI keeps you informed

Stale tasks, overloaded columns, unresolved blockers — flagged before you notice them. Reshape the project anytime by chatting. The board follows the conversation.

Built for this

Every detail serves the conversation

Conversation-first,
not board-first

You don't click buttons to manage a project. You talk. AI creates columns, tasks, and assignments. The board is always a live reflection of the conversation.

  • Create, modify, and delete — all through conversation
  • AI proposes, you approve. No surprises.
  • Reshaping is one sentence away
Add a client feedback round — deck review, revisions, sign-off
Created 3 tasks in To Do:
Review presentation deck
Incorporate client revisions
Get final sign-off
Make sign-off high priority
Updated. “Get final sign-off” is now high priority.

AI narration

AI watches the board and tells you what's done, what's stuck, and what needs attention. No status meetings.

Voice updates

Speak your status. Lova reconciles the board from one paragraph — done, blocked, rescheduled, all from one tap and one breath.

Built for every project

Software launches, marketing campaigns, lessons, training plans, weddings, household routines, trip itineraries, job hunts, fundraisers, freelance pipelines, book projects, personal goals. The AI adapts the columns to your domain — no template wrangling.

One-tap reporting

Members tap On track or Blocked. Two taps to report a structured blocker. That's the entire status workflow.

Real-time sync

Every change syncs instantly across all connected sessions. No refresh, no polling, no stale data.

Two views, one project

Leads see chat + board. Members see the board full-screen. Each role gets exactly the interface they need.

Structured blockers

Waiting on someone? Missing info? Something broke? Members pick why, AI notifies the right people.

Agent-ready

Today humans execute. Tomorrow agents will. The conversation stays the same — the product gets more powerful as AI improves.

Questions

Is this only for software teams?

No. Lova is built for any kind of project — software launches, marketing campaigns, weekly lesson plans, fitness programs, weddings, renovations, study schedules, household routines, trip itineraries, habit trackers, book-writing projects, job hunts, fundraisers and volunteer drives, freelance client pipelines, creator pipelines (video, podcast, shorts), and personal goals. The chat adapts to whatever you describe. If you can talk about it, you can run it on Lova.

Can I update my project by speaking?

Yes. Tap the microphone in the chat composer, give a one-paragraph update — "Monday went well, Tuesday got cut by a fire drill, science experiment moves to Friday" — and Lova reconciles the board. Works in Chrome, Edge, and Safari. No upload, no transcription bill — runs in your browser.

Do I need to know project management to use this?

No. Lova is built for the 77% of people who don't use project-management software — not because they don't run projects, but because every other tool expects you to become a project manager first. Describe what you're working on in plain language. The AI sets up the columns, picks reasonable priorities, and proposes the first set of tasks. You refine by talking, not by configuring a workflow. There's no setup wizard, no Kanban tutorial, no "first set up your sprint cadence" gate before you can do anything useful.

Can I use this for personal projects, not just work?

Yes — and many people do. Lova works the same whether you're planning a wedding, mapping a 12-week marathon, running a job hunt, holding a quarterly habit list, drafting a novel chapter by chapter, launching a YouTube channel through Idea → Script → Record → Edit → Published, or coordinating a household week. The free tier (two projects, ten members, weekly AI credits) is generous enough to run a real personal project without paying. Members can be your partner, a friend, your kids — or just yourself, solo.

How is this different from Jira or Linear?

Jira and Linear are board-first — you click buttons to create tasks, configure workflows, and update status. Lova is conversation-first. You talk, AI creates and maintains the board. The board is a live status view, not the primary interface. See our detailed comparisons for Jira, Asana, Linear, and more.

What do you mean by "agents"?

Today, your team members execute tasks and move cards. Soon, AI agents will do some of that work. Lova's architecture means the same interface works whether humans or agents are doing the execution.

Can I still drag cards and edit tasks manually?

Yes. The board is fully interactive. But you never have to touch it. Everything can be done through conversation.

Is my data secure?

Your data lives in a dedicated database with row-level security. Every query is scoped to your team. We never use your project data to train AI models.

How much does it cost?

Lova has a free tier you can use indefinitely — two projects, ten members, a weekly AI credit pool that refreshes every Monday. Paid tiers start at €10/month for solo Pro and €9/seat/month for teams. See pricing for the full breakdown.
